Returns
Our policy lasts for the same day of purchase. After that, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund due to the nature of our products, we can only offer refund in case you are not satisfied with the product and provide a valid reason for the same.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason as why the service/product you bought from Cake and Bake Hub was not as per your expectation or it did not work as it should.
Several types of goods are exempt from the refund policy which include: food items partially or fully consumed or spoiled due to improper storage at the customer end.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request is received, it is verified by our team and attempt is made to rectify the issue. If the issue is not resolved, we process the refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
If you received the product which got spoiled or damaged during transit and you want to return it, you should return it to: Cake & Bake Hub, Dhorra Bypass Road, Ali-Nagar Aligarh – 202002 India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product on return will be inspected and refund accordingly.
